Financials

We’ve opened Neatnik’s company financials to the public, for three reasons:

All values are in USD. Revenue includes the net amount received after transaction fees (i.e. Stripe’s payment processing fees). Click on any row to view a breakdown of the activity in that month.

Q&A

Q: Why does the reporting begin from March 2019?

A: While Neatnik LLC is two decades old, our LLC was formed in 2017, and we didn’t have a serious product until 2019 when we launched OMG.LOL. While we earned no revenue in March of 2019, that was when we incurred our first notable expense (the OMG.LOL domain name), so it’s included here.

Q: Why are the annual subscription prices so weird here?

A: The revenue figures reflect what actually hits our bank account. When someone pays $5 for an OMG.LOL subscription, we usually get around $4.55 after Stripe’s processing fees. When someone pays in Euro, the amount can vary a bit more because of the currency conversion. So nothing adds up perfectly, but you can still see exactly what we’ve earned.
