This web-based Brailler can help sighted people who want to practice typing in Braille. Using the bottom row of your keyboard (Z, X, C, V, B, N, M) you can type just as you would on a standard Braille typewriter. The numbers (1-3 and 4-6) represent each of the positions within a single Braille cell. Just press the keys needed to produce the desired character.
New to Braille? Try pressing c on your keyboard to produce the Braille letter a. Then try pressing c and x at the same time to produce a b.
This tool is under development. Improved support for numbers, punctuation, and contractions will come eventually! Thanks for trying it out and please send any feedback or bug reports to adam@neatnik.net.
