FAQ

Why are you doing this?

Some folks find CSS intimidating (I know I did when I was first learning, and there are still parts of it that intimidate me today). And some folks would rather learn about a thing in a live forum vs. online articles, books, or YouTube videos. And I happen to know CSS and be in the mood to teach a class about it, so, hey, why not?
Is there any cost to attend?
Nah. This is my first time doing this and I don’t even know how it’s going to go. We’re nowhere near “put a price on it” territory here. I do have a tip jar, however, in case anyone finds the class so helpful that they feel the need to send a few bucks my way.
Will this be recorded so I can watch it later?
No, sorry, I’m not going to record it. I want people to be able to speak up and ask questions if they want, and I don’t want anyone to feel intimidated by a recording. Also, the entire point of this is for it to be a live class——a two-way experience!——so a recording doesn’t really fit the purpose.
Will you do more classes in the future?
Hopefully! Depends on how this one goes and whether it was actually helpful for anyone. We’ll see!
