Sahassampi ce gāthā antthapadasaṃhitā
Ekaṃ gāthāpadaṃ seyyā yaṃ sutvā upasammati

Even though a Gatha (poem) be a thousand (of words), but made up of senseless words, one word of a Gatha is better, which if a man hears, he becomes quiet.
