Attānaṃ ce piyaṃ jaññā rakkheyya naṃ surakkhitaṃ
Tiṇṇamaññataraṃ yāmaṃ paṭijaggeyya paṇḍito

If one knows that one is dear to oneself, one should protect oneself well. During any of the three watches (of life) the wise man should be on guard (against evil).
