Yesañca susamāraddhā niccaṃ kāyagatā sati
Akiccaṃ te na sevanti kicce sātaccakārino
Satānaṃ sampajānānaṃ atthaṃ gacchanti āsavā

But those who ever strive to cultivate
A mindfulness intent upon the body,
What ought not to be done they follow not—
The constant doers of what things should be done:
Of those mindful and conscious ones
The Depravities pass away.
