Savanti sabbadhi sotā latā ubbhijja tiṭṭhati
Tañca disvā lataṃ jātaṃ mūlaṃ paññāya chindatha

They flow every which way, the streams,
but the sprouted creeper stays
in place.
Now, seeing that the creepers arisen,
cut through its root
with discernment.
