Vitakkupasame ca yo rato asubhaṃ bhāvayati sadā sato
Esa kho vyantikāhiti esa checchati mārabandhanaṃ

Yet, for one who delights in the calming of mental preoccupations,
always cultivating a mindfulness of what is unpleasant,
truly, this one will destroy craving.
This one will cut the Bonds of Death.
