Sududdasaṃ sunipunaṃ yatthakāmanipātinaṃ
Cittaṃ rakkhetha medhāvī cittaṃ guttaṃ sukhāvahaṃ

Let the wise man guard his thoughts, for they are difficult to perceive, very artful, and they rush wherever they list: thoughts well guarded bring happiness.
