Dūraṅgamaṃ ekacaraṃ asarīraṃ kuhāsayaṃ
Ye cittaṃ saññamessanti mokkhanti mārabandhanā

Faring far, wandering alone, bodiless, lying in a cave, is the mind. Those who subdue it are freed from the bond of Mara.
