Na brāhmaṇassetadakiñci seyyo
Yadā nisedho manaso piyehi
Yato yato hiṃsamano nivattati
Tato tato sammati meva dukkhaṃ

Nothings better for the brahman
than when the mind is held back
from what is endearing & not.
However his harmful-heartedness
wears away,
thats how stress
simply comes to rest.
