Na cāhaṃ brāhmaṇaṃ brūmi yonijaṃ mattisambhavaṃ
Bhovādī nāma so hoti sace hoti sakiñcano
Akiñcanaṃ anādānaṃ tam ahaṃ brūmi brāhmaṇaṃ

I dont call one a brahman
for being born of a mother
or sprung from a womb.
Hes called a bho-sayer
if he has anything at all.
But someone with nothing,
who clings to no thing:
hes what I call
a brahman.
