Kumbhūpamaṃ kāyamimaṃ viditvā nagarūpamaṃ cittamidaṃ ṭhapetvā
Yodhetha māraṃ paññāyudhena jitañca rakkhe anivesano siyā

Knowing that this body is as fragile as a jar,
one should establish the mind
as a fortified citadel.
Make war on death with the weapon of wisdom
and protect your victories,
being without attachments.
