Pheṇūpamaṃ kāyamimaṃ viditvā
Marīcidhammaṃ abhisambudhāno
Chetvāna mārassa papupphakāni
Adassanaṃ maccurājassa gacche

Knowing that this body is like foam, and comprehending its mirage-nature, one should destroy the flower-shafts of sensual passions (Mara), and pass beyond the sight of the king of death.
