Yathāpi bhamaro pupphaṃ vaṇṇagandhaṃ aheṭhayaṃ
Paḷeti rasamādāya evaṃ gāme munī care

Just as a bee
without injuring the color
or scent of a flower,
flies away having taken only the pollen,
so should a sage
go about a village.
